We are looking for an appropriate candidate with the following expertise for immediate employment.
Managing rolling forecast of Raw Materials/ Spare parts/Capital machinery & Services to all enlisted overseas vendors by coordinating with technical and sales team.
Manage integrated process among Finance & Accounts, Logistics, C&F team, Insurance, SCM coordinator & others department to ensure effective Supply chain functions.
Managing all kinds of Letter of Credit opening related (Import-LC/Advance TT/Documentary Collection/CAQ/CAD payment, etc.) Documents, Banking & Insurance related correspondence with AD Banks monitor LC opening to bill payment settlement to favor of suppliers.
Responsible to place web/email booking to forwarder & administer in-bound (Freight Forwarder) movement of all international goods & ensure exact arrival of goods within required time frame and obtain best freight rates at all times.
Capable to handle smooth execution of overseas shipments & on time goods handover to shipping line/nominated freight forwarder. And ensure to handover clean import shipping documents to enlisted C&F team before cargo arrived date.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure vendor relationship & monitor evaluates and improve vendor performance continuously.
Design, evaluate and renew all contracts as per requirement and monitor and prepare reports monthly & quarterly for all import activities.
Adequate knowledge regarding Import policy order, EPO, HS Codes, NBR & Customs SRO Rules, local govt. rules for cross border trade, Central bank fix-policy order, ICC rules for Int. trade etc. and ensure all internal compliance for commercial (import) as per company policies.
Maintain & organize import related data/documents & report weekly/monthly reporting as per company policies.
Landed cost management & analysis of cost variances of imported goods.
Any other activities assigned by the management as and when required.

Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good Communication skills and knowledge about HS code selection.
Graduation in any discipline
Preferred Professional Certification: MBA in SCM.
