We are looking for a sincere candidate for the position of Executive Officer of the Finance & Accounts Department.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support project maintenance goals and objectives.
• Manage financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and contracts, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Analyze financial data and provide regular reports to project stakeholders, including cost-benefit analyses, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall project goals.
• Oversee financial audits and reviews, and implement recommendations to improve financial performance and reporting.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for project maintenance, including identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
• Willingness to work under pressure.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

• Age at least 24 years.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer MS Excel.
• Have to know ERP software.
• Should have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
