• To Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and others.
• To Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Assist users with network connectivity, email setup, and other IT-related tasks.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team as appropriate.
• Collaborate with different vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• To Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical users effectively.
• Any other tasks assigned by management as and when needed.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with common IT infrastructure components, such as servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• ve communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
