We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in full stack development with a strong proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, Jasper Report, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, Groovy on Grails, Grails Development, and Core Java. The Full Stack Developer will be proficient in both Front-end and Back-end technologies and adept at collaborating in agile environments while staying updated on emerging technologies for continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain responsive Groovy, Java, Ajax and JavaScript based web applications.
• Implement user interface components and interactions based on design.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
• Stay updated on emerging back-end and front-end technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug different issues as arise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Follow and maintain SDLC in the entire project with ensure proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as described or assigned by line authority or management authority.

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Groovy on Grails, Spring Boot.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Strong knowledge on the ERP system.
