Sales Executive/ Sales Assistant (Mobile Zone)

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives for our Mobile Zone division. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell mobile devices, accessories and service plans to customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right mobile devices and plans to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Mobile Zone area.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, operating systems and telecommunications services.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • HSC/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
