• Provide product information, demonstrations and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Stay updated on new technology trends, product features and industry developments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the technology or computer industry.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
