• Assist customers in selecting E-bikes and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide product information, features and benefits to customers to facilitate their decision-making process.
• Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase E-bike performance and features.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized E-bike section, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new E-bike models, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Passion for electric bikes and knowledge of E-bike technology and mechanics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
